FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How is the Atlas organized geographically?
The Atlas places every counted organization under its primary country, then groups countries into world regions. 5 regions and 18 countries clear the threshold for their own page. Smaller markets are counted on their region page rather than shipped as a thin page of their own.
What counts toward a geographic figure?
A published organization that is not defunct, resolves to a single country, delivers a longevity, preventive, or advanced screening service, and is not a duplicate listing. Fertility clinics and pure booking or telehealth platforms are held out of the geographic count. Each geographic page states its own selection criteria in full.
Is this data free to cite?
Yes. The Atlas is free to read and cite with attribution to Healthspan Economy and a link to healthspaneconomy.com.
